6:2 "Ah, hendaklah kiranya kekesalan hatiku ditimbang, dan kemalanganku ditaruh bersama-sama di atas neraca! |
| 6:3 For now it would be heavier [03513] (8799) than the sand [02344] of the sea [03220]: therefore my words [01697] are swallowed up [03886] (8804). |
6:3 Maka beratnya akan melebihi pasir di laut; oleh sebab itu tergesa-gesalah perkataanku. |
| 6:4 For the arrows [02671] of the Almighty [07706] {are} within [05978] me, the poison [02534] whereof drinketh up [08354] (8802) my spirit [07307]: the terrors [01161] of God [0433] do set themselves in array [06186] (8799) against me. |
6:4 Karena anak panah dari Yang Mahakuasa tertancap pada tubuhku, dan racunnya diisap oleh jiwaku; kedahsyatan Allah seperti pasukan melawan aku. |
| 6:5 Doth the wild ass [06501] bray [05101] (8799) when he hath grass [01877]? or loweth [01600] (8799) the ox [07794] over his fodder [01098]? |
6:5 Meringkikkah keledai liar di tempat rumput muda, atau melenguhkah lembu dekat makanannya? |
| 6:6 Can that which is unsavoury [08602] be eaten [0398] (8735) without salt [04417]? or is there [03426] {any} taste [02940] in the white [07388] of an egg [02495]? |
6:6 Dapatkah makanan tawar dimakan tanpa garam atau apakah putih telur ada rasanya? |
| 6:7 The things {that} my soul [05315] refused [03985] (8765) to touch [05060] (8800) {are} as my sorrowful [01741] meat [03899]. |
6:7 Aku tidak sudi menjamahnya, semuanya itu makanan yang memualkan bagiku. |
| 6:8. Oh that I might have [0935] (8799) my request [07596]; and that God [0433] would grant [05414] (8799) {me} the thing that I long for [08615]! |
6:8. Ah, kiranya terkabul permintaanku dan Allah memberi apa yang kuharapkan! |
| 6:9 Even that it would please [02974] (8686) God [0433] to destroy [01792] (8762) me; that he would let loose [05425] (8686) his hand [03027], and cut me off [01214] (8762)! |
6:9 Kiranya Allah berkenan meremukkan aku, kiranya Ia melepaskan tangan-Nya dan menghabisi nyawaku! |
| 6:10 Then should I yet have comfort [05165]; yea, I would harden [05539] (8762) myself in sorrow [02427]: let him not spare [02550] (8799); for I have not concealed [03582] (8765) the words [0561] of the Holy One [06918]. |
6:10 Itulah yang masih merupakan hiburan bagiku, bahkan aku akan melompat-lompat kegirangan di waktu kepedihan yang tak kenal belas kasihan, sebab aku tidak pernah menyangkal firman Yang Mahakudus. |
| 6:11 What {is} my strength [03581], that I should hope [03176] (8762)? and what {is} mine end [07093], that I should prolong [0748] (8686) my life [05315]? |
6:11 Apakah kekuatanku, sehingga aku sanggup bertahan, dan apakah masa depanku, sehingga aku harus bersabar? |
| 6:12 {Is} my strength [03581] the strength [03581] of stones [068]? or {is} my flesh [01320] of brass [05153]? |
6:12 Apakah kekuatanku seperti kekuatan batu? Apakah tubuhku dari tembaga? |
| 6:13 {Is} not my help [05833] in me? and is wisdom [08454] driven quite [05080] (8738) from me? |
6:13 Bukankah tidak ada lagi pertolongan bagiku, dan keselamatan jauh dari padaku? |
| 6:14. To him that is afflicted [04523] pity [02617] {should be shewed} from his friend [07453]; but he forsaketh [05800] (8799) the fear [03374] of the Almighty [07706]. |
6:14. Siapa menahan kasih sayang terhadap sesamanya, melalaikan takut akan Yang Mahakuasa. |
| 6:15 My brethren [0251] have dealt deceitfully [0898] (8804) as a brook [05158], {and} as the stream [0650] of brooks [05158] they pass away [05674] (8799); |
6:15 Saudara-saudaraku tidak dapat dipercaya seperti sungai, seperti dasar dari pada sungai yang mengalir lenyap, |
| 6:16 Which are blackish [06937] (8802) by reason of the ice [07140], {and} wherein the snow [07950] is hid [05956] (8691): |
6:16 yang keruh karena air beku, yang di dalamnya salju menjadi cair, |
| 6:17 What time [06256] they wax warm [02215] (8792), they vanish [06789] (8738): when it is hot [02527], they are consumed out [01846] (8738) of their place [04725]. |
6:17 yang surut pada musim kemarau, dan menjadi kering di tempatnya apabila kena panas; |
| 6:18 The paths [0734] of their way [01870] are turned aside [03943] (8735); they go [05927] (8799) to nothing [08414], and perish [006] (8799). |
6:18 berkeluk-keluk jalan arusnya, mengalir ke padang tandus, lalu lenyap. |
| 6:19 The troops [0734] of Tema [08485] looked [05027] (8689), the companies [01979] of Sheba [07614] waited [06960] (8765) for them. |
6:19 Kafilah dari Tema mengamat-amatinya dan rombongan dari Syeba mengharapkannya, |
| 6:20 They were confounded [0954] (8804) because they had hoped [0982] (8804); they came [0935] (8804) thither, and were ashamed [02659] (8799). |
6:20 tetapi mereka kecewa karena keyakinan mereka, mereka tertipu setibanya di sana. |
| 6:21 For now ye are nothing; ye see [07200] (8799) {my} casting down [02866], and are afraid [03372] (8799). |
6:21 Demikianlah kamu sekarang bagiku, ketika melihat yang dahsyat, takutlah kamu. |
| 6:22. Did I say [0559] (8804), Bring [03051] (8798) unto me? or, Give a reward [07809] (8798) for me of your substance [03581]? |
6:22. Pernahkah aku berkata: Berilah aku sesuatu, atau: Berilah aku uang suap dari hartamu, |
| 6:23 Or, Deliver [04422] (8761) me from the enemy's [06862] hand [03027]? or, Redeem [06299] (8799) me from the hand [03027] of the mighty [06184]? |
6:23 atau: Luputkan aku dari tangan musuh, atau: Tebuslah aku dari tangan orang lalim? |
| 6:24 Teach [03384] (8685) me, and I will hold my tongue [02790] (8686): and cause me to understand [0995] (8685) wherein I have erred [07686] (8804). |
6:24 Ajarilah aku, maka aku akan diam; dan tunjukkan kepadaku dalam hal apa aku tersesat. |
| 6:25 How forcible [04834] (8738) are right [03476] words [0561]! but what doth your arguing [03198] (8687) reprove [03198] (8686)? |
6:25 Alangkah kokohnya kata-kata yang jujur! Tetapi apakah maksud celaan dari pihakmu itu? |
| 6:26 Do ye imagine [02803] (8799) to reprove [03198] (8687) words [04405], and the speeches [0561] of one that is desperate [02976] (8737), {which are} as wind [07307]? |
6:26 Apakah kamu bermaksud mencela perkataan? Apakah perkataan orang yang putus asa dianggap angin? |
| 6:27 Yea, ye overwhelm [05307] (8686) the fatherless [03490], and ye dig [03738] (8799) {a pit} for your friend [07453]. |
6:27 Bahkan atas anak yatim kamu membuang undi, dan sahabatmu kamu perlakukan sebagai barang dagangan. |
| 6:28 Now therefore be content [02974] (8685), look [06437] (8798) upon me; for {it is} evident unto you [06440] if I lie [03576] (8762). |
6:28 Tetapi sekarang, berpalinglah kepadaku; aku tidak akan berdusta di hadapanmu. |
| 6:29 Return [07725] (8798), I pray you, let it not be iniquity [05766]; yea, return again [07725] (8798), my righteousness [06664] {is} in it. |
6:29 Berbaliklah, janganlah terjadi kecurangan, berbaliklah, aku pasti benar. |
| 6:30 Is there [03426] iniquity [05766] in my tongue [03956]? cannot my taste [02441] discern [0995] (8799) perverse things [01942]? |
6:30 Apakah ada kecurangan pada lidahku? Apakah langit-langitku tidak dapat membeda-bedakan bencana?" |
