Orang yang jujur dipimpin oleh ketulusannya, tetapi pengkhianat dirusak oleh kecurangannya. |

| 11:5. The righteousness [06666] of the perfect [08549] shall direct [03474] (8762) his way [01870]: but the wicked [07563] shall fall [05307] (8799) by his own wickedness [07564]. | 11:5. Jalan orang saleh diratakan oleh kebenarannya, tetapi orang fasik jatuh karena kefasikannya. |

Dengan mulutnya orang fasik membinasakan sesama manusia, tetapi orang benar diselamatkan oleh pengetahuan. |

Sangat malanglah orang yang menanggung orang lain, tetapi siapa membenci pertanggungan, amanlah ia. |

| 11:19. As righteousness [06666] {tendeth} to life [02416]: so he that pursueth [07291] (8764) evil [07451] {pursueth it} to his own death [04194]. | 11:19. Siapa berpegang pada kebenaran yang sejati, menuju hidup, tetapi siapa mengejar kejahatan, menuju kematian. |

Orang yang serong hatinya adalah kekejian bagi TUHAN, tetapi orang yang tak bercela, jalannya dikenan-Nya. |

Sungguh, orang jahat tidak akan luput dari hukuman, tetapi keturunan orang benar akan diselamatkan. |

There is [03426] that scattereth [06340] (8764), and yet increaseth [03254] (8737); and {there is} that withholdeth [02820] (8802) more than is meet [03476], but {it tendeth} to poverty [04270]. | 11:24. Ada yang menyebar harta, tetapi bertambah kaya, ada yang menghemat secara luar biasa, namun selalu berkekurangan. |
| 11:25. The liberal [01293] soul [05315] shall be made fat [01878] (8792): and he that watereth [07301] (8688) shall be watered [03384] (8686) also himself. | 11:25. Siapa banyak memberi berkat, diberi kelimpahan, siapa memberi minum, ia sendiri akan diberi minum. |

He that withholdeth [04513] (8802) corn [01250], the people [03816] shall curse [05344] (8799) him: but blessing [01293] {shall be} upon the head [07218] of him that selleth [07666] (8688) {it}. | 11:26. Siapa menahan gandum, ia dikutuki orang, tetapi berkat turun di atas kepala orang yang menjual gandum. |

He that diligently seeketh [07836] (8802) good [02896] procureth [01245] (8762) favour [07522]: but he that seeketh [01875] (8802) mischief [07451], it shall come [0935] (8799) unto him. | 11:27. Siapa mengejar kebaikan, berusaha untuk dikenan orang, tetapi siapa mengejar kejahatan akan ditimpa kejahatan. |
| 11:28. He that trusteth [0982] (8802) in his riches [06239] shall fall [05307] (8799): but the righteous [06662] shall flourish [06524] (8799) as a branch [05929]. | 11:28. Siapa mempercayakan diri kepada kekayaannya akan jatuh; tetapi orang benar akan tumbuh seperti daun muda. |

He that troubleth [05916] (8802) his own house [01004] shall inherit [05157] (8799) the wind [07307]: and the fool [0191] {shall be} servant [05650] to the wise [02450] of heart [03820]. | 11:29. Siapa yang mengacaukan rumah tangganya akan menangkap angin; orang bodoh akan menjadi budak orang bijak. |

| 11:31. Behold, the righteous [06662] shall be recompensed [07999] (8792) in the earth [0776]: much more the wicked [07563] and the sinner [02398] (8802). | 11:31. Kalau orang benar menerima balasan di atas bumi, lebih-lebih orang fasik dan orang berdosa! |
